1. Services Offered: DC Solutions Hub provides web design, development, maintenance, content upload, website migration, and professional email setup.

2. Payment Terms: Payment is only requested after project completion and written approval by the client. Payment is due within 7 business days of delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all required content and approvals in a timely manner.

4. Revisions: Minor edits are included. Significant changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Ownership: All completed work belongs to the client once full payment is made. We reserve the right to showcase final work in our portfolio.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for third-party services or delays caused by client inaction.

7. Termination: Projects may be terminated in case of abuse, fraud, or breach of agreement.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection: We collect personal data (name, email) and project-related content through direct communication.

2. Use of Data: Your information is used strictly to provide services and communicate with you. We never sell or misuse your data.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Timing: We only invoice after project completion and approval by the client.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered if:

  • The final work differs from the agreed-upon specifications.
  • No substantial progress has been made and the client cancels early.
  • Technical issues on our end prevent delivery.

3. Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not apply in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after final delivery and approval.
  • Delays caused by missing client input or communication.
  • Third-party service disruptions.

5. Cancellations: You may cancel a project before delivery without charges. Once approved and delivered, charges apply.
